More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling different sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the current oversight process.
